Emanuel Germanis
Founder & CEO
Revo was built on one belief: real impact happens when everything connects.
Born in real estate, driven by innovation, we’ve evolved into a connected ecosystem that brings every part of real estate - and every client ambition - together.
The story began with Emanuel Germanis in an unexpected place: the world of insurance and financial services. What started as earning finders' fees to pay for his studies became his early exposure to how people build - and protect - their wealth.
From there, Emanuel’s experience in wealth planning opened the door to real estate in a very different way: managing deceased estates.
The process was fragmented, frustrating, and disjointed - with multiple silos that never spoke to one another. It was here that the seed was planted for Emanuel: there had to be a better, more connected way.
In 2015, Emanuel Germanis founded Evolution Property, starting on the ground - managing real homes, real people, and real challenges. While others focused on margins, we focused on what mattered: understanding what buyers, investors, and tenants actually wanted.
That honest, hands-on start built more than experience - it built trust.
When Stephan Germanis and Matthew McWilliams joined soon after, they brought fresh energy and a shared belief that property could be done differently - with transparency, technology, and care.
Built on family, friendship, and integrity, the team grew into a tight-knit collective driven by ambition and accountability. That grounded, people-first approach still defines Revo today.
One turning point came when a Woodstock warehouse was sold through a developer connection.
Instead of relying on slow, outdated processes, the team introduced an online reservations system - simple, e-commerce inspired, and years ahead of the market. The result? 95% of the scheme sold.
Moments like these shaped Revo's DNA: progressive, problem-solving, and always looking outside traditional real estate for inspiration.
From day one, Revo challenged convention - bringing fresh, market-led thinking to developers who were ready to do things differently.
As one of the first agencies to bridge the gap between market insight and development strategy, we introduced innovative tools like virtual reality walkthroughs and digital reservation systems long before they became industry norms.
It wasn't innovation for innovation's sake - it was about connecting people with property in smarter, simpler ways. That forward-thinking mindset still drives Revo today.
2018 saw Revo register a financial services business - though growth in property meant it wasn't activated immediately. That pause revealed a truth: Revo could only deliver its best if every part of the ecosystem worked at the same level of excellence. Finance, property, and marketing couldn't sit in silos - they needed to speak the same language.
This mindset is what now defines the Revo Group: businesses strong in their own right, led by best-of-breed talent, but amplified when connected together.

What started as managing deceased estates has become a connected ecosystem spanning property, finance, marketing, and management. From the Western Cape to Gauteng and Mauritius - and with global ambitions still unfolding - Revo continues to scale by solving problems others ignore.
Real estate may be the oldest asset class in the world, but in South Africa it has often been managed badly. Revo is changing that - not just by managing assets, but by protecting investments, building communities, and setting new standards.
From the start, Revo has been built around people - trusted partners, family, and entrepreneurial thinkers encouraged to grow from within. We believe in empowering individuals to take ownership and care as if it were their own, because that’s where lasting impact begins.
By nurturing initiative and rewarding growth, Revo has created a culture that’s both entrepreneurial and united. This people-first mindset continues to fuel innovation across the group, driving progress and connection in everything we do.
Whatever your vision, we’ll help you protect it, grow it,
and make it real - together.
